| Slate | It's a web only publication. Now that it is firmly in the MSN camp, it seems a bit too light for my tastes. |
| Wall Street Journal | Too right wing for my tastes. And, since I don't have a subscription, I can't get past the front page. |
| LA Times | The other coast. |
| The Guardian | To get a taste of U.K. opinion. And, their editorials which they call comments. |
| Int'l Herald Tribune | Owned by the NY Times, but it has a different focus. And another set of opinions. |
| Globe and Mail | From Canada. And their columnists. |
| Sydney Morning Herald | From Australia. And their opinions. |
| London Sunday Times | OK on the home page, but apparently they are trying to charge us foreigners 40 pounds a year! |
